Today a new recipe of a Chocolate banana bread with almond flour and stevia. Whether you need a decadent breakfast or healthy but tasty dessert, this moist and fluffy bread is sure to be a pleaser. This is one of my family favorites, specially my 9 year old daughter she loves it for breakfast or snack. I hope you enjoy it as well and let me know if you like it as much as I do. INGREDIENTSWet Ingredients:* 2 large eggs* 3 ripe bananas* 1/3 cup almond milk* 1/4 cup apple sauce ( It makes the bread very moist, you can replace it for olive oil) Dry Ingredients:* 1 cup almond flour* 1/2 unsweet cocoa powder* 2 tsp baking powder * 1 tsp salt* 2/3 cup stevia* 3/4 cup quick cook oats* 1/2 cup walnuts (optional) I topped half of the bread with a couple of strawberries since is my daughters favorite fruit 😉* 1/4 tsp baking soda
INSTRUCTIONS 1) Preheat oven to 355 degrees
2) 9×5 loaf pan with non stick spray.
3) In a bowl combine your wet ingredients (mashed bananas, eggs, milk, apple sauce)
4) In a bowl combine your dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, stevia, oats)
5) Pour the dry ingredients into the bowl with the wet ingredients and mix just until combined.
6) Pour the mix into the 9×5 pan
7) Bake at 355 degrees for about 50-60 minutes or until the cake tester or knife comes out clean and enjoy! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR STOPPING BY! ^_^
